The Milk Run/Jog/Walk - is, in effect, a National Community Effort aimed at helping Ireland's Mentally ill and promoting the nation's mental health. It is hoped that there will be a large Public participation in what promises to be one of the major outdoor events of the year. Everyone taking part in the Run/Jog/walk - which is open to all ages - will be asked to subscribe a minimum of £1 for adults and up to 50p. for children.
